Well that’s amazing to hear Ric thank you for the reply.
If I sent you the parts do you think you could cut the RWD gear profile at a slightly different angle on to the ‘blank’ section of the RWD pinion.
I would be using the AWD housing, the RWD rack and then your custom angled pinion. This custom pinion would have the gear pitch of the RWD rack but cut at a different angle to match the AWD housing.
