Leaking coolant B58

Came in from work and noticed some coolant on the ground underneath the front passenger side. I figured it was the 2nd radiator that was right there, but it looked alright. Attached is the pictures that I found some coolant in, can anyone help with this issue? Current coolant level is below minimum in the main reservoir , 2018 340i XDRIVE

There are no coolant tanks in the passenger front area. Coolant tanks are on the driver front area. That cap looking thing is for your headlights.

My mistake you said the 2nd radiator.
