Comfort access not working for bmw f36 2015

I have a bmw f36 2015 So the comfort access it doesn’t working all around the car doors and trunk and I don’t think it’s a key issues because the key work perfectly after I was checking on any code I get (80410f code) it was for passenger side antenna but it doesn’t make sense for me because if is it was passenger antenna is broken then should the driver side and trunk comfort access work but neither of those are working and I don’t have any idea if that’s is normal if one antenna broken the other won’t work so if anyone can help me with some diagrams or idea how to diagnose the problem I would be thankful

If one is broke both fail

I had to take off my side skirts and trace the wire. A mouse had chewed through the wire ….. on both sides 😔

My passenger side defect was in the side skirt the drivers side was cut behind the front wheel liner

Ista was really helpful in letting me know as after I fixed the passenger side CAS didn’t work and ista showed a bad connection on driver. Fixed the wire and everything started to work again. Good luck
